Dilapidations
Dilapidations claims are won on evidence, not argument. We prepare and serve schedules of dilapidations for landlords, and challenge overstated claims on behalf of tenants. Interim and terminal schedules, schedules of condition at lease commencement, Section 18 valuation advice and negotiated settlement. Most claims we review contain items that aren't recoverable. Knowing which ones before you respond is usually worth more than the survey costs.
