We are run by a building surveyor and an architect. That is not how commercial agencies are usually staffed, and it changes what we can tell you. Most agents market buildings they have never inspected and cannot say what a unit could become, only what it currently is. Between us we can survey the building, cost the works, draw the alternative and then let it.
